Our Mission

We believe God multiplies what is faithfully managed. Small things that grow into lasting impact.

Manna Vision Partners exists to help churches and nonprofits steward the daily provision God entrusts to them. For Christian ministries, this work ultimately serves a greater purpose: advancing the Gospel of Jesus Christ with clarity, integrity, and faithfulness.

Our Leadership

A man stands outdoors in front of a wooden fence and trees, wearing a purple quarter-zip pullover with 'TCU' embroidered on it, and blue jeans, smiling at the camera.

Chris Rodgers is a seasoned leader with more than 35 years of experience in finance, entrepreneurship, and ministry leadership. His career has spanned commercial banking, founding and growing a successful custom home-building company, and more than twelve years as COO/CFO of a large multi-site church and private Christian school.

After decades of serving churches and nonprofits from the inside, Chris founded Manna Vision Partners with a simple conviction: ministries thrive when leaders have clarity, trusted support, and a partner who understands the weight of their calling.

Chris understands church and nonprofit operations at every level and the real-world challenges pastors and boards carry. His heart is to strengthen leaders by providing clarity, trusted insight, and confidence to lead well.

With a unique blend of business expertise, operational leadership, and missional passion, Chris brings financial and leadership acumen and a servant-leader posture to every partnership.

Chris has spent his life integrating faith and work as a follower of Jesus Christ, believing that leadership, stewardship, and service are inseparable from the call of the Gospel.

He lives in Fort Worth, Texas, and continues to invest in leaders locally and globally.

What’s the Story Behind Our Name?

Why “Manna”?

Manna was God’s faithful daily provision for His people in the wilderness (Exodus 16). It reminded them that He saw them, sustained them, and supplied exactly what they needed for each day.

Manna shows us three truths:

  1. God provides daily.

  2. God forms trust.

  3. God sustains His people.

These truths reflect the support every ministry leader needs.

Why “Vision”?

God not only provides for today; He directs His people toward tomorrow.

  1. Vision is a gift of clarity and purpose.

  2. Vision that is clear helps leaders see where God is leading and how to move forward with confidence.

Why “Partners”?

We believe true partnership in ministry is more than transactional support. It is a shared commitment to steward people, resources, and vision in service of the Gospel. A partnership marked by trust, prayer and confidence that God will complete the work He has begun (Philippians 1:4-6).

Throughout Scripture, God’s people served in partnership:

  1. Moses with Aaron.

  2. Paul with his ministry teams.

  3. The disciples sent two by two.

Ministry was never meant to be carried alone.
